  • Learning Outcomes

This program supports children ages 9 - 12 in developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and intentional decision-making through mindfulness, reflection, and time spent in nature.

Across the program, children explore their emotions, values, and personal goals, practise calming strategies, and build confidence through self-expression — culminating in a guided journaling reflection that captures their intentions for the year ahead.
