The Shed at Shek O

Enrollment

The Shed at Shek O is a monthly program offering a customized curriculum for children ages 1-4 years old that blends nature-based play with traditional academic learning. Enrollments are open all year-round, from September to June, Monday through Fridays.

We offer a monthly fees structured in packages, providing maximum flexibility for each family to accommodate their schedule.

Mini Shedders Program (3-4yo)

DATE: 1 September, 2025 - 30 June, 2026
DAYS: Mondays - Fridays
TIME: 9:00 - 11:00AM (2hrs)
CLASS SIZE: 1:5 mentor to child ratio
FORMAT: Indoor and outdoor program

PRICING AND PACKAGES:

  • • Monthy Fee: HK$2,880+ (HK$360 per session)
    • Eligible for 2 make-up sessions per month.

  • • Monthly Fee: HK$1,600 - 2,800 (HK$400 per session)
    • Eligible for 1 make-up session per month.

  • • HK$460 per session
    • Not eligible for make-up session

Tiny Shedders Program (1-2yo)

DATE: 1 September, 2025 - 30 June, 2026
DAYS: Monday - Friday
TIME: 3:00 - 4:30PM (1.5hrs)
CLASS SIZE: 1:4 mentor to child ratio
FORMAT: Indoor and outdoor program

PRICING AND PACKAGES:

  • • Monthy Fee: HK$2,160+ (HK$270 per session)
    • Eligible for 2 make-up sessions per month.

  • • Monthly Fee: HK$1,200 - 2,100 (HK$300 per session)
    • Eligible for 1 make-up session per month.

  • • HK$350 per session
    • Not eligible for make-up session

How to Enroll

Step 1 - Fill out the student enrollment form below and submit.

Step 2 - Once we have processed your application, we will inform you via email and an invoice will be issued to you within 2-3 business days.

Step 3 - Please make the payment for the total amount due on the invoice using your preferred method by the specified deadline.

Enrollment and Payment Terms

  • Enrollment and payment are required at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the session start time.

  • Your choices, once made will be fixed and recurring every month.

  • You will be invoiced on the 20th of each month and your monthly fee must be settled on the 27th of each month.

  • Any changes to the schedule / package / cancellations must be communicated by the 19th of the month for changes to be effective for the following month. Cancellations after the 19th will require full payment for the following month.

  • If you would like to add extra sessions within the month, you will be charged the same rate as your current package price for that month.

  • All sessions must be used within the month of purchase and cannot be carried over to the following month.

  • Accepted Payment Options: FPS & Bank Transfer

Make-Up Class Policy

Make-Up Classes with Monthly Packages

  • 8 sessions or more: Eligible for 2 make-up sessions per month and must be used within 30 days from the missed class.

  • 4 - 7 sessions: Eligible for 1 make-up sessions per month and must be used within 30 days from the missed class.

  • 1 - 3 sessions: Not eligible for a make-up session.

Public Holidays and Operational Days

If your child’s schedule falls on a Public Holiday or an Operational Day (see The Shed at Shek O calendar) you are eligible to schedule a make-up class for the following month. These make-up classes are in addition to the ones you are eligible for with your purchased packages.

How to Schedule a Make-Up Class

Please email The Shed at Shek O team at sheko@theshedhk.com with the subject line “Make-Up Class” and indicate the following:

  • Name of child

  • Date and time of the missed class

  • Date and time of the make-up class
