This week we really push ourselves to stretch our boundaries with Rock Climbing. We talk about being attentive, aware, and safe. This week we focus on sitting with the emotions that may arise while we are rock climbing and talk about different ways to regulate our emotions to stay calm so that we can always do our best and support those in our community to reach their goals. We look more closely at rock formation and the basics of gardening.

At the More Good Kitchen, we work with our garden and harvest the food that we need to help us prepare a lunch for our Rock Climbing trip. On Thursday, we are back at the More Good kitchen to prepare sandwiches for our outing. On Friday, we will head to Cape Collision for more advanced rock climbing and belaying.
